Why Do I Do All I Do?

Ok, so I train my body (Move), I make a massive effort with my diet, (Nourish) I try and manage my stress (Relax) I try to look at life positively (Mind) and I am always trying to educate myself on ways to improve my health and wellbeing (Educate)

I follow these five important areas of my life daily.

Mind - Nourish - Move - Relax - Educate

As I've gotten older, these five words above are helping and guiding me to a better, healthier and more fulfilling life.

And I can honestly say that I have never been fitter, stronger, healthier, had more energy or put myself first like I do now ever before in my life. It's almost like I've opened my eyes for the first time and I am seeing life so differently.

When you're younger you're busy chasing the money, chasing the skinny body and you want to take the fastest route possible to get there. You think that by exercising like mad you can drink more and eat more rubbish food. You think that by going on holiday twice a year you're relaxing and that by trying the new fad diet, you're eating healthy.

I think it's an age thing and I think as you get older, you can see clearer the way you need to be living your life to be the best you can be. If you choose to ignore this clearer view, then that's totally up to you.

What I've learnt as I've gotten older is that you need to be following these five key areas (nourish, move, mind, relax, educate) daily to gain ALL the benefits and to start to see real change in your life.

So use these words, pop them on your fridge and see if you can tick them off every single day.
