A BIT ABOUT ME
I have over 25 years teaching exercise classes and working as a personal trainer both here in the UK and in Australia, where I lived for ten years. I want to bring my wealth of knowledge to you; to educate you, to motivate you and to help you make a positive change to how you feel about your health.

Being 50 myself, I have a strong passion and interest in women's health; in particular, peri and menopausal women.
I want to help you understand what's happening to your body, to head into your menopause confidently and with a newfound positivity.

We work hard, but we don't take ourselves seriously. We always have a laugh in class and if you arrive stressed and grumpy, I promise you you'll leave feeling so much happier...guarenteed!
SUPPORT
Not only will I give you support and encouragement, but you will soon find encouragement coming from your class mates too. My groups are small, no more than 10 - 12 people, so we get to know each other well in class. I know everyone's name, I know what their limits are and I know when I can push them.
