Hi I'm Ali, Health Coach, Pilates and Fitness Instructor.
I have over 30 years in the industry and I specialise in helping women over 40.
Being 53 myself, I completely understand how rubbish midlife can make you feel.
However, exercise, mindset and lifestyle can make a huge difference to how you feel as well as improving your overall health.
If you let me help you, I will show you that this time of your life CAN be great and instead of thinking "is this it?" you begin the journey to feeling the best you've ever felt and to living your best life.
I can help you to think more positively, enjoy exercise, have the knowledge to make healthy food choices and become the strong and confident woman you deserve to be. See this time as the start of the new you, not the end

I feel very strongly that my classes should be warm and welcoming and I promise to make sure you feel comfortable when you join any of my classes. I'll come over, have a chat and before you know it, you'll have made some lovely new friends.
We are a community of (mainly) ladies who simply want to workout without judgement.

No one stayed committed to an exercise routine they didn't enjoy!
We work hard, but we don't take ourselves seriously.
We are a real community of like-minded ladies, who all want to work hard, see the results and have a laugh. We have a monthly coffee catch ups, we have a walking group & we arrange regular meals out

SUPPORT
Not only will I give you support and encouragement, but you will soon find encouragement coming from your class mates too. My groups are super friendly and we get to know each other well. I know everyone's name, I know what their limits are and I know when I can push them.
