💤 Prioritise rest — sleep is not a luxury, it’s a lifeline. Say no to late-night scrolling and yes to winding down a few hours before bed
📅 Schedule me time — Book time for something that’s just for you: a hobby, a walk, a coffee alone
🧠 Declutter your mind — journal, meditate, or simply sit in silence. Your thoughts deserve space to breathe
👭 Connect with other women — it's good to talk! Go for coffee, laugh, cry, vent. Don't carry this alone.
💖 Speak kindly to yourself — your body deserves love, not criticism.
