My Story

I'm Ali, almost 53 and and I was feeling just like that.

I was sick of feeling rubbish, I was sick of feeling tired, I was over the belly fat, I'd completely lost my confidence  and I just wanted to feel like ME again.

​

I've been a fitness instructor for most of my life, but it wasn't until I hit 49 that I started to make small, but consistent changes to my diet, health and wellbeing. All for the better. It was a gradual overall body haul

 

Menopause hit me in every way possible 

 

Weight gain

Tiredness 

Achey joints

Low mood

Changes in thinking 

Lack of confidence

 

And all of a sudden I couldn't simply run the weight off or ab crunch the belly fat away. It didn't work anymore, so I had to find out what would work. I spent three years researching and completing menopause courses to find out what I could do​

How Do I Feel Now?

​​​Now - I feel energised, I feel healthy, happy, my stress doesn't rule my life, I'm calmer, my skin is better and I can if a few pounds creep back on, I know how to quickly get back on track again.

 

I'm in charge again. I've taken back control

I get asked all the time - how do you have so much energy?

I teach 12 classes a week 

I run 3 x per week

I do my own training

I run a business 

​

I'm 53 next month and I've never felt stronger, happier, healthier or been fitter before in my life.

​

Honestly, I know my stuff, trust me. I've been there, I've tried it out, I've made a few mistakes along the way, but now I know how to feel better in menopause and I know what to do to feel the best I can forever
