TUESDAY EVENING PILATES CONDITIONING CLASS 6.30 pm Smallwood Village Hall, School Lane, Sandbach, CW11 2UR Based at a lovely hall in the middle of the Cheshire countryside, this is a fully inclusive, welcoming and friendly group. * Previous Pilates knowledge not needed* ​ Get stronger, more toned, improve your cardiovascular system, balance, co ordination, core strength and flexibility in this low impact, but highly effective class. Perfect for women post 40 ​ What's The Difference Between Pilates Conditioning and Pilates X? ​ Pilates Conditioning is cardio and strength focused. ​ This class has 30 mins cardio. A great class if you want an all rounder. Cardio, strength and core. See below ​ Low Impact Cardio - Heart health Strength - Bone and muscle strengthening Core - Back and abdominal strengthening ​ Warm up - 5 mins Low Impact Cardio - 30 mins Strength and Power - 7 mins Core - ​ 8 mins Stretch - 5 mins ​ Pilates X is strength and traditional Pilates and core focused ​ This class has 21 mins cardio. It's a great class if you want a little cardio, but mainly want to focus on strength, toning and Pilates. See below ​ Warm up - 5 mins Low Impact Cardio - 21 mins Strength and Power - 7 mins Pilates and Core - 17 mins Stretch - 5 mins ​ Both classes are perfect for all women, but it's a real game changer to those 40+ ​ I've designed both of these classes so that you get everything you need from your fitness class as you head into and are in Menopause; cardio, strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, core and stress busting. It's also completely low impact so no jumping (unless you want to) ​ By using the Pilates method throughout, you'll also be working on your breath, mobility, flexibility and balance. This will help you to deal with stress better ​ We will use weights in the class, but this is optional. I encourage you to start slowly and work up when you feel ready. We also use many other Pilates props and everything (other than you Pilates mat) is provided. ​ NOTE **Please check the dates very carefully. I will not be allowing refunds. If you would like to swap a session, I am more than happy to accommodate if I have availability. Only two classes are allowed to be carried over to the next term**
